**My Opinion**
The health care proponants claim that the government will cut costs to come up with a deficit neutral plan. When was the last time the government cut ANYTHING voluntarily? I can't remember. The government is simply incapable of governing itself.
The fancy planes, the fancy offices, hot and cold running interns. Well ok the interns are free.
Do not count on the government to cut costs to cover Obamacare, it will not happen, because they do not understand the concept of cutting costs.
